How it works.
The consultation costs nothing and the diagnosis is written down and yours. You can stop after either one, keep what we gave you, and take it elsewhere.

The four stages
01
Consultation
A call, no charge. What you hand people now, what you wish you could, and who you are actually trying to reach. We look at what exists before suggesting anything, because most practices have more usable material than they think.
02
Diagnosis
A written assessment. What is working, what is not, and the two or three things worth fixing first. Written down and sent to you, including the parts where our honest answer is that you do not need us for it.
03
Procedure
The work, in agreed stages. We write, design and produce. You see it at draft, not only at the end, and changes are part of the process rather than an argument about scope.
04
Follow-up
Thirty days later. Did the one-pager get handed out. Did the referrals move. Did the front desk actually use the template. If something is not working we fix it, and if it cannot work we say so.
03 · standards
Our standards
Not preferences. The things that decide whether the material is still working in a year.
01
Every claim has a source
Anything in a draft that asserts a number, an outcome or a comparison is flagged with where it came from, so your compliance review is a reading job rather than an investigation.
02
You get the editable files
Source documents, fonts and templates are handed over at the end and they are yours. Leaving us does not mean rebuilding your letterhead from a PDF.
03
Print is specified properly
Bleed, stock, finish and a supplier who can actually produce it. A one-pager that looks right on a screen and cheap in the hand has failed at the only moment that counted.
04
Plain language, on purpose
Patient material is written to be understood the first time by someone anxious and distracted. That is a craft decision, not a simplification, and it is the one most agencies get wrong in healthcare.

Common questions
What does the consultation actually involve?
A call, usually forty minutes. You tell us what you hand people now, where your patients come from and what is not working. We look at your existing material beforehand, including the website and the LinkedIn profiles, so the call is about your situation rather than about us.
There is no charge and no presentation. If we are not useful to you, that call is where we say so.
What does it cost?
Per project, quoted in writing after the diagnosis, and it does not move unless you change the scope. We do not publish a rate card because a one-pager for a single surgeon and a template system for an eleven-site group are not the same job.
What we will do is give you the number before you commit to anything, and break it into stages so you can stop between them.
How long does it take?
A one-pager is usually two weeks from the diagnosis, most of which is you reviewing drafts. A deck built from one that already exists is quicker. A full collateral set for a practice runs four to six. A brand and template system is six to ten depending on how many locations have to be brought into line.
Websites run longer and are scheduled with the engineering arm that builds them.
Who writes it?
A person, and the same person throughout. Everything is written for your speciality and checked against what you can actually claim. We use AI in the production process the way any studio does in 2026, and we are happy to tell you exactly where, but nothing reaches you that a human has not written or rewritten.
Do you handle compliance?
No, and be careful of anyone who says they do. We write to avoid the obvious traps: no unevidenced outcome claims, no comparative superiority, no patient images or stories without written authorisation, no testimonial where your state restricts them.
Your compliance officer or your counsel signs it off. We make that easy by flagging every claim in the draft that needs a source, rather than burying them.
Can we start with one small thing?
We would prefer it. One one-pager for your highest-value referral relationship tells you more about whether to keep working with us than any proposal, and it is a cheap way to find out.
Do you work outside the United States?
The healthcare work is built around United States practices, referral patterns and advertising rules, so that is where we are useful. Seen Group operates from Dubai and the United States, and for non-healthcare work the group works more broadly.
